What are some activities you do to help you wind down, relax, and mentally prepare for the start of a new work week? (Fitness or non-fitness related)

-Music is my number one! (calming or upbeat types of songs usually)
-Nature walks to explore (finding waterfalls to sit by SOO relaxing!)
-Yoga or stretching followed by some meditation
-Watching a movie/show that motivates me or makes me laugh
