Lorne David Opler, M.Ed., CSCS, is an instructor of Fitness and Health Promotion at Georgian College where he teaches Client Counselling to students preparing for careers as personal trainres. He holds a Master's Degree in Health Education and Health Promotion from the University of Texas at Austin and is an NSCA- Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist. . His fitness articles appear in the Washington Post, Muscle and Fitness magazine (online) and through ACE - the American Council on Exercise.
