Hello, mywellness school! I decided to write to you today about why you should never judge a "book/person by its cover".
Β
- The cashier at your grocery store who you may perceive as being rude. Has been harassed multiple times by previous customers.
Β
- The overweight person at your school is overweight because he's from a low-income household and they can only afford fast food and really cheap meals. Also, they may not be that well educated in nutrition.
Β
- The person in a wheelchair who doesn't like going for car rides. Doesn't like riding in cars because they got into a car accident and lost the function of both legs.
Β
- The homeless person sleeping on the street is an army veteran who suffers from severe PTSD and finds it too difficult to have a job.
Β
- Your girlfriend/boyfriend who doesn't like to be intimate and you're wondering what is so wrong with them??? Has had their bodies violated before and still suffers severe nightmares from it and is afraid of it happening again.
Β
- The socially awkward kid at school gets bullied at home by his parents and siblings.
Β
- The person at a party who doesn't like drinking alcohol... Their mother is a really bad alcoholic.
Β
- The person who is suicidal... Has been told by classmates and fake friends that they should never have been born and don't belong in this world.
Β
There are a bunch of other examples but the main point is to not judge someone based on their actions/appearances/feelings before you really know them. Because you never know what someone is going through.

Hope you found this at all helpful or informativeΒ
