I am a CSEP-CPT with specialty in Prenatal and Postpartum Fitness Coaching (CPPC - Girls Gone Strong) and run my own business Care By Kooner. I help women have a safe, healthy, strong pregnancy and postpartum recovery. I help woman feel and look their best whether its 6 weeks or 6 years postpartum. I believe all women should feel confident and empowered in all stages of their life, while utilizing exercise as a means of self care.
My spare time is spent exploring the outdoors with my dogs or discovering new ice cream and pizzerias! I am excited to be part of this online wellness community and be a resource as well as learn from others.
