Hi there, I'm Liv!
I have currently been working in the fitness industry for over 4 years now as a Personal Trainer, Group Exercise Trainer, & Fitness Team Lead. I have graduated with honours from two programs at at Humber College in the Fitness & Health Promotion program, and the Nutrition and Healthy Lifestyle Promotion program. I have also completed my certification in Precision Nutrition Level 1.
Aside from fitness, I have a huge passion for cooking & baking. My passion led me to start up my own baking business of sweets made with organic sprouted protein. Random fact, my favourite food is pancakes.
Lastly, I'm also a part of the admin team at My Wellness School as a "Peer Supporter". We help make sure My Wellness School works well for the entire community :)
