I'm also the mother of Ajay! I was born, raised, and educated in Trinidad & Tobago. I migrated to Canada in the 80's, and armed with a Bachelor of Arts degree, a major in English and minor in Social Sciences, my intention was to pursue a Master's degree in Human Behavioural Science. That was completely derailed when I was diagnosed with severe Crohn's Disease within months of my arrival.
I've spent the past 30 years battling this disease, mostly winning. In 2017, I created a website alifewithcrohns.com where I blog about my journey and experiences with this little understood but very debilitating invisible disease, to help raise awareness, offer some comfort, hope, and encouragement to those suffering from chronic illnesses, particularly Inflammatory Bowel Disease.
I also love cooking and baking, and do A LOT of it! I'll be sharing some of my dishes and recipes from time to time.

BACK TO SCHOOL!...So guys, I know most of you were back out to work/school this week under this new virtual or hybrid ... are the pros/cons with your situation?

Everyone's talking about the (obviously) negative impact this Pandemic has had on...well, everyone, but I believe there ... you've experienced or observed?
